Who is responsible for the landscaping around my cabin?
Each cabin sits on a 50 ft x 50 ft lot. As a cabin owner, you are responsible for the area within your lot. All Pro Property Management Services maintains all of the landscaping in front of your cabin and in the common areas.
What are the pool hours and days of operation?
The pools are open from 10 am until 10 pm. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. The indoor pool is open year round.
What are the depths of the swimming pools?
The indoor and outdoor swimming pools both have 3 feet as the depth on the shallow end with 5 feet as the depth on the deep end.
What about golf clubs for the Putt-Putt Golf Course?
Each owner is responsible for the golf clubs for you and your guests. Please check with your rental management company as they may provide these as well for your guests.
Can I rent the Clubhouse?
Yes. It may be rented by contacting Julie Shaffery. Please call 848-207-6305 for reservations. Also for rent are two (2) travel trailer spaces behind the Clubhouse.
Is there trash pick up at Bear Creek Crossing Resort?
Unfortunately, there is not any trash pick up at the Bear Creek Crossing Resort. As a homeowner, you are responsible for the trash being removed at your cabin. If your cabin is on a rental program, this will be the responsibility of your management company. Please see below for a list of convenience centers.
